360° Screening

360° Screening

Medicine with
a holistic perspective

In my practice, I offer a 360° screening — a comprehensive medical assessment that looks at the whole person: physically, psychologically, socially, and energetically. This concept combines classical Western medicine with elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), complemented by my many years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine and haemato-oncology.
I do not see a person as the “sum of laboratory values,” but rather consider the interaction of all levels. The aim is to understand symptoms holistically — and often even to prevent them from developing in the first place.

What does the 360° screening include?

The screening begins with a comprehensive medical consultation in which I assess your health situation in all its complexity:

  • physical complaints and symptoms
  • psychological stress, stress levels, quality of sleep
  • familial risk factors
  • nutritional and exercise habits
  • social and professional circumstances

Based on this, I conduct a dual assessment: one from the perspective of Western medicine, complemented by diagnostic methods from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) (e.g. tongue and pulse diagnosis). I review any reports you bring with you and, if necessary, arrange further targeted examinations, such as:

  • comprehensive blood analyses
  • ECG
  • ultrasound or imaging diagnostics in cooperation with specialist colleagues
  • TCM diagnostic procedures

The decisive difference: the combination

The decisive difference: the combination

What makes my 360° screening special is the integration of two medical worlds. As a habilitated specialist in Internal Medicine and Haematology with a Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), I can draw on a very broad spectrum of expertise — and recognise which approach offers the greatest benefit in each individual case.

Some complaints can be clearly explained through conventional medicine, while others become more apparent through TCM diagnostics, for example as energy blockages, stagnation, or states of “deficiency.” I deliberately select the methods that provide you with the clearest insights and the greatest therapeutic benefit.

What is the goal?

The goal of my 360° screening is not merely to search for diseases. It is about stabilising your health in a holistic way. I aim to make connections visible, recognise chronic processes at an early stage, and provide clear recommendations on how you can improve your well-being in the long term.

Depending on the findings, I may recommend conventional medical treatments, suggest lifestyle measures, or use and recommend elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) — such as acupuncture, herbal therapy, or nutritional counselling.

People with complex, chronic, or unclear symptoms in particular experience the 360° screening as clarifying, reassuring, and guiding. Afterwards, they know where they stand — and what concrete steps they can take to support their health.
